Precast concrete stairs always take a beating in the initial stages of construction. Whether it's from spills of cement, plaster or sealant through to heavy materials being taken dragged up the flights (which doesn't really happen!!) and continuous footfall.
With this project, we used HD Stickymat. The anti-slip top coat helped improve the safety aspect for the workforce using the stairs and the robust nature of the mat stopped any damage occuring. Stickymat does not stain like plyboard and lets no dirt or grit underneath to impact on the substrate.
All in all, another job well done by TecDura!
